Patrick Haines Murphy, 67 of Port Orchard, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton on January 30, 1999.ááHe was born on January 30, 1932 in Los Angeles, California.ááPatrick married Bernadine Suhr on January 3, 1950 in Stockton, California.ááHe served in the U. S. Navy for 22 years and then worked at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a Pipefitter until retiring in 1988.Surviving are his wife; son Jack Murphy of Port Orchard; Daughter Pamela Murphy of Port Orchard; and 3 grandchildren.ááHe was preceded in death by son Patrick Michael Murphy.Memorial service Saturday, February 6, 1999 at 2:30 PM at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard.
