Pearl Jones

Pearl Evelyn Jones died August 31, 2003 at her Port Orchard, Washington residence. She was 68.She was born in Lane, Oklahoma February 22, 1935 to Thomas Benjamin and Geniva (Real) Nowlin.Pearl married Cyrus A. Jones July 2, 1955 in Bremerton, Washington.She graduated from Atoka High School in Atoka, Oklahoma.Pearl worked as a nurses aide;and, her main career was being a good, loving wife and mother for 48 years. She had a kind, honest heart of gold; and, enjoyed gardening, sewing, camping, fishing, claming and caring for grandchildren.Pearl is survived by her husband, Cyrus A. Jones, of the Port Orchard, Washington home; sons - Thomas M. Jones and Mark D. Jones (both of Port Orchard); brothers - Bill Nowlin and Herbert Nowlin (both of Atoka, Oklahoma); sisters - Christine Adamo of Corona, New York, Bernice Sorineo of Atoka, Oklahoma and Josie Kraft of Collgate, Oklahoma; grandchildren (6): Ben Jones, Chris Jones, Greg Jones, Mike Jones, Michelle Jones and Vicky Jones.Visitation will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on September 5, 2003 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.A funeral service will be held September 5, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. - also at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
