Philip Golnik

Philip Micheal Golink, a resident of Port Orchard, died Wednesday, May 16 in his home in the presence of loved ones after a lengthy illness. He was born April 20, 1949 in Washington, DC. His parents, Jerome and Marjorie Golnik, preceded him in death. He attended South Kitsap HS and graduated from Bothel HS. He worked as a security guard throughout Kitsap and Pierce Counties. He married Jan Prichard in Port Orchard on August 10, 1996. He is survived by his loving wife Jan Fortman-Golnik; daughter Ami Weight; granddaughter Naomi; grandson Sam; brothers Paul Golnik of WA and Ron Alton of CA; sisters Augustina Love of CA, Ronnie Shaw of WA and Dottie Sundell of NV.  Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, May 23rd at 11:00 am at Grace Bible Church in Port Orchard on Bethel Ave.
