RaeAnn T. Champaco, Age:30, died of homicidal violence in Seattle, Washington on January 18, 2002.RaeAnn was born in Agana, Guam(Naval Hospital)on April 23, 1971 to Ramon and Lourdes(Toves)Champaco. She attended South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, graduating in 1990.RaeAnn enjoyed crocheting and doing crossword puzzles. Memorials may be made in her name at Washington Mutual Bank branches.She is survived by parents, Ramon and Lourdes Champaco of Port Orchard; a son, Mark A. Champaco; brothers, Ramon Champaco Jr.and Rodney Champaco; sister, RoxAnn Champaco; sister-in-law, Yadira G. Champaco; nephews, Jordan and Justin Champaco; and maternal grandmother, Tomasa A. Toves.A funeral mass will be held at Saint Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard, on Saturday, February 2, 2002 at 11 a.m.. Father Jerry McCloskey will be officiating.Visitation is scheduled at Rill Chapel between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2002. A Rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m., February 1, at Rill Chapel. Interment will follow the funeral service at Sunset Lane Cemetery. All arrangements are under direction of Rill Chapel, Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home.
