Randall T. Kendrick, 59 of Port Orchard, died in Seattle on April 10, 2009. He was born April 9, 1950 in Portsmouth, VA to William & Helen (Schwab) Kendrick. He graduated from HS in Jena, LA in 1968 and Northeastern Louisiana University in Monroe, LA in 1987 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Randy was a Computer Programmer/Analyst for 16 years with the City of Bremerton, retiring in 2004. He owned Compro/Kitsap Automation in Port Orchard for 22 years and also worked as an Air Traffic Controller for 3 years in Lafayette, LA. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1970 to 1977, earning many awards as an Air Traffic Controller. He was a member of PS Genealogical Society, Eagles and VFW in Port Orchard, Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders of Bremerton, CEDIA & IEEE, & BBB. Randy loved having family and friends together for Barbeques, fun times and playing his guitars. He enjoyed gardens and woodworking, fixing-up old cars, and was always tinkering with something electronic - fixing TV's, radio's & computers. Through the years he had two Golden Retrievers "Beau & Belle" that he loved dearly. Surviving are life companion Lois (Limbocker) Roark; sons Russell (Karen) Kendrick of West Monroe, LA, Kerry (Raeann) Roark of Port Orchard, Shawn (Cindy) Roark of San Antonio, TX, & Kelly (Wendy) Roark of Port Orchard; daughters Shannon (Ramona Adams) Massicot, of Metairie, LA, Erin (Milo) Bennett of Port Orchard; brothers Bill (Diane) Kendrick of Pineville, LA, Ken Kendrick, Ronald Kendrick, David (Ginny) Kendrick, all of Jena, LA; grandchildren Micheal & Andrew Kendrick, Frank, Bill, Jeremy & Renee Massicot, Danny, Richie, Josh, Katie, Crystal, Carolann, Jason, Christina, Teresa & Heather Roark; 9 great-grandchildren. Private services on April 25, 2009 in Jena, LA. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery. Celebration of Life to be held in Port Orchard at a later date.
