Raymond Schweigert

Raymond D. Schweigert of Belfair, Washington died December 30, 2004 in Bremerton, Washington. He was 69. He was born August 21, 1935 in Bremerton, Washington to Henry and Mary (Spelman) Schweigert. He graduated form South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, Washington; and, attended Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington. Raymond worked as a police officer (sergeant) in Bremerton since 1961 - retiring in the 80's. He enjoyed softball, hunting, fishing, bowling, camping, basketball, poker and always included family in events when possible and appropriate. He is survived by daughters - Kris Boyle (& husband, Mike) of Belfair, Washington, Trina Carlson (& husband, John) of Bremerton, Washington, Kerry Schweigert of Olalla, Washington; 4 grandchildren (Brittany Litaker and Mikey Boyle of Belfair, Washington, John Carlson of Ohio and Kevin Carlson of Port Orchard, Washington). A memorial service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2005.
