A Borchers

Reva A. Borchers, of Port Orchard passed into the next life on April 24, 2010, peacefully at her home. She was born on January 25, 1930 in Childress, Texas, to Taft and Geneva (McWethy) Jones. In 1947, Reva was married to Theodore R. (Ted) Borchers. Over the years, they have shared their love with 12 children, 27 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. After her family, Reva loved the ocean, hummingbirds, and butterflies, and was a devoted grower of a wide variety of plants. She was an intelligent and loving woman, and not afraid to give of herself. A family gathering will be held to honor her life.
