Richard Boehm

Richard Thomas (Tom) Boehm of Silverdale, Washington died July 16, 2004 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was 63. He was born August 23, 1940 in Queens, New York to Alfred and Helen (Reinholz) Boehm. Richard married Pamela Marie (Beckwith) Boehm in Bremerton, Washington on February 17, 1965. She preceded him in death in 2003. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 - 1983. He received the National Defense Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal. Richard worked as an insulator with the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for 20 years - retiring December 2003. He enjoyed camping, family, animals (his pets), church activities. Richard was a member of Abundant Life Four Square Church. Richard is survived by daughters - Angela DeRosa and Stephanie Boehm - both of Tacoma, Washington; brothers - Steven Boehm of Millville, New Jersey, George Boehm of Vineland, New Jersey, Robert Boehm of Milmay, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by brother - William Boehm and by son - Richard Boehm, Jr. A memorial service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on July 21, 2004 at 1:00 p.m.
