Richard & Dorine G. Porter

Richard A. ''Dick'' Porter, age 70, died at home in Belfair, Washington on May 9, 2000. His wife, Dorine G. Porter, also age 70, died at home on May 14, 2000. Dick was born in Seattle, Washington on March 2, 1930 to Elvern & Lucille Porter. Dorine was born in Wenatchee, Washington on August 13, 1929 to Glen and Myrtle (Hutt) Bruce. Dick & Dorine were married on January 6, 1951 in Seattle, Washington. Dick was retired as a self employed Traffic Consultant for Pacific Traffic Bureau and also served in the National Guard. He enjoyed the game of golf. Dorine was a homemaker, and both loved their grandchildren.Surviving are sons Donald and David Porter, both of Belfair, Washington, and grandchildren Lacey and Cameron Porter, also of Belfair. At their request, no services are scheduled. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Boys and Girls Club of Mason County, 50 E. North Mason School Rd., Belfair, WA. 98528.
