Richard Fulton

Richard “Dick” Fulton was called home to heaven by his Lord on December 3, 2010 in Bremerton, Washington. Born to Frank and Bertha Fulton on April 3, 1927 in Raymond, Washington, Dick joined the US Army in 1948 for a period of 18 months and went on to graduate from Kent-Meridian High School in 1949. He married Mildred Kinkade in 1950, and they celebrated their 60th anniversary this past May. Dick worked at People's Bank in Renton and Kitsap Bank in Port Orchard until retiring in 1984. Dick was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Bertha and his brother, Robert Fulton. He is survived by his wife Mildred of Port Orchard, brother Thomas Fulton of Kingston, Idaho, sister Shirley Stegriy of Sea-Tac, sister-in-law LaVonne Fulton of Shelton, children Dolores (Dennis) Morrison of South Korea, David (Bernice) Fulton of Des Moines, Bill (Barb) Fulton of Kingston, Don (Donna) Fulton of Olalla, and Dona (Jim) Tonder of Bremerton. He was loved by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 10 at 2 PM at Bethany Lutheran Church; 151 Tremont St. in Port Orchard.
