Richard (Dick) William Inwards, of Olalla, Washington passed away Tuesday, June 20th at his home in Olalla.
Born in Brainerd, Minnesota, July 25, 1939, the son of Glen and Esther Inwards.
He leaves his wife Mary of 59 years; his son, Dale (Katherine) Inwards; his daughter Pam (Dennis) Hart; his daughter Arlene (Dean) Clark; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; his sister Jeanette (Donald) Odell; his sister Sharon (Edward) Vormestrand; his sister Cheryl Inwards and many close friends.
Dick worked in the Sand & Gravel business for many years, retiring in 1999. He enjoyed being with family and friends alike. He had many hobbies that he enjoyed, the most recent wood working.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday July 22nd at his family home in Olalla. The family ask that any donations be made to the Kaiser Permanente Hospice.
