Robert passed away peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by his family. He was 71.
Robert was born and raised in Port Orchard, Washington. He loved the great outdoors; fishing and scuba diving in the waters of the Puget Sound. Robert entered the USMC for a 4-year obligation receiving an Honorable Discharge. He then attended both Clover Park College and Boise State College. This led him to the aviation industry where he spent 15 years as an airplane mechanic and machinist. He also became a realtor/contractor specializing in new construction, waterfront, residential, and investment properties.
Robert was an excellent provider and always cared deeply for the welfare of his family. He is survived by his wife of 25 years Karen Arnold, stepson Andrew Jolley, brother Jerry Arnold, and his son Nicholaus Arnold, plus two grandchildren Reed and Tate.
A huge Thank You goes to St. Joseph’s ICU staff. There are no words for the wonderful care Robert and his family received. A Celebration of Robert’s Life will be online through Rill Chapel Life Tribute Center.
