Robert B. Bell, Jr, 22, of Port Orchard, Washington, died April 30, 2001, at his home.Robert was born April 24, 1979, in the Philippine Islands to Robert Bell, Sr, and Andrita Bugarian. He graduated from high school in Kerns, Utah. Robert worked as a laborer in manufacturing in Utah and most recently with the Interstate Protective Service at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington.Robert loved music and his family.He leaves his mother Andrita who lives in the Philippines; his father Robert Bell, Sr, and his stepmother Celia Bell; brothers Rodolfo and Jo Jo; sisters Consolacion and Adoracion; aunts J. Thema Bennett, Constance Shields, and Rosyln Whitfield; uncles Vernon Bell and Alfonzia Bell, Jr; and a host of cousins and friends.A family gathering is being held on May 5, 2001, at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard from 11:00AM to 1:00PM.
