Bob passed away at Saint Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA on February 25. He was attended by immediate family. Bob was born October 8, 1945, in Tacoma WA at St. Joseph Hospital. He was the third of four children born to Vincent and Alice Bruzas.
Bob is survived by his wife, Patricia; son Mike (Alyson) Bruzas of Phoenix, AZ and daughter Leah (Chris) Nitz and 3 grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family requests that memorial gifts be made in support of the Center for Cardiovascular Innovation (CCVI) at UW Medicine. Checks should be made payable to the “UW Foundation” and mailed to: UW Medicine Advancement, Attn.: Gift Processing, Box 358045, Seattle, WA 98195‐8045. Please indicate that the gift is in memory of Robert V. Bruzas. Or you may make a gift online.
The Memorial will be held at the Best Western Wesley Inn Gig Harbor at 2:00 PM Saturday March 5, 2022.
