Robert David Elkin

Robert David Elkin was born on March 14 1938, in Indiana County, Pennsylvania to Robert and Nelle Elkin and passed away peacefully on January 25th, 2023 in Gig Harbor Washington. He attended El Cajon Valley High School in El Cajon, CA and attended Everett Community College in Washington State. Dave served in the United States Navy from 1955 to 1980, achieving the rank or Chief Petty Officer, Engineman. Upon retirement from the United States Navy Dave worked for the Civil Service.
