Robert Lloyd Olson, 54, died at his home in Retsil, WA on March 27, 2013. He was born March 29, 1958 in Minneapolis, MN to Lloyd & Ione (Emmel) Olson.
Robert worked as a Machinist in the manufacturing industry. He also worked as a Welder and a Industrial Electrician. He previously served in the U.S. Army from 1976 to 1979 as an SP4. He loved astronomy, muscle cars and fishing.
Surviving are son Daniel (September Luketz) Olson of Tacoma; mother Ione Olson of Blaine, MN; brother Kenneth Olson of Las Vegas, NV; sisters Lynnette Hanzal of Blaine, MN; Sue Prokot of Blaine, MN. He was preceded in death by father Lloyd Olson.
Graveside service at Ft. Snelling Veterans Cemetery in Minnesota.
