Rosa S. Quenga, 75, of Port Orchard, died September 29th at her residence surrounded by her family. A Funeral Mass will be 11am Wednesday, October 5th at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Sunset Lane cemetery under the care of Rill Chapel.
