Ruth Brennan

Ruth Elizabeth Brennan, 94, died in Bremerton, Washington on August 20, 2000. She was born April 3, 1906 in Hawarden, Iowa to Levi & Elizabeth (Blake) Dickinson and graduated from Hawarden High School. Ruth married Michael J. Brennan on April 3, 1944 in Missoula, Montana. He preceded her in death in 1965.Mrs. Brennan was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling the world and watching golf. She attended the Catholic Church.Surviving are nieces Miriam Rice of Bremerton and Pam Bachman of Detroit, Michigan; and stepson Michael Brennan, Jr. of Illinois. She was preceded in death by brothers George & Levi Dickinson, and sisters Hazel Nelson and Bertice Schiefen.A Tea in Ruth's honor will be held at Miriam Rice's home on Friday, August 25, 2000 at 2:30 pm.
