Ruth Mourer

Ruth E. Mourer, 84 of Port Orchard, died on September 25, 2005. She was born in Schweidnitz, Germany on November 27, 1920 to Heinrich & Selma (Zimmer) Lindner. Ruth graduated from high school in Germany. She married Karl R. Bielan in 1947 who preceded her in death in 1984. Ruth and second husband Paul R. Mourer were married in 1988 and he predeceased her in 1999. Ruth was a housekeeper and homemaker who enjoyed her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a member of New Apostolic Church in Tacoma, Washington. Surviving are son Karl F. Bielan and wife Debbie of Phoenix, Arizona; daughters Rosemarie Bielan of Phoenix, Arizona and Ingrid Madden and husband William R. Allen of Port Orchard; grandchildren Diane R. Young and husband Carl, Francis J. Madden III, and Alicia R. Gutcheck and husband Nick; great-grandchildren Mya E. Young and Francis J. Madden IV, and baby Gutcheck due in December 2005; and extended family Lois and Harold Schute, Nora Jackson, and Blake Burkett, all living in Kingman. Memorial service will be at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at 11:00 am.
