Salve was a loving and devoted wife, a dedicated mother to ALL of her children and a doting grandmother to her grandchildren. In her presence, no child was without a mother because she loved so hard and included all. Salve made it her life's duty to ensure the safety and security of all the children in her family which was not limited to just her children and grandchildren. She extended her love and care for concern to her nieces, nephews, extended family and even friends.
To know her was to truly love her. With a grateful heart, she often spoke of how blessed she was to be able to receive and give so much love. To those that would listen, Salve would also say that the people in her life were her blessings from God. She is our family's blessing. The heart of our family's home. She IS our home.
