Sandra Friswold

Sandra L. Friswold, 73, died at home in Port Orchard on May 23, 2009.  She was born February 14, 1936 in Boston, Massachusetts to Edward & Dorothy Fitch.  She married J. Edward Friswold on May 15, 1957 in Lewiston, Idaho.  He preceded her in death in 1996. Sandra retired after more than 30 years as a Teacher.  She taught French, Art, Cooking, English, etc. at Marcus Whitman and John Sedgwick Jr. High Schools.  She was an avid traveler and a member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are sons Scott (Deborah) Friswold of Cove, OR and Steve (Becky) Friswold of Heber Springs, AR; five grandchildren & one great-grandchild. Private services are pending.
