Saundra Kay Rogan, 55, died at her home in Port Orchard, Washington on May 30, 2006. She was born on June 22, 1950 in Renton, Washington to Cloyce T. & Alice E. (Fisher) Frazier. Saundra married Frank James Rogan III in Maple Valley, Washington on December 5, 1969. Saundra graduated from Renton High School in Renton, Washington in 1968 and Highline Community College is Des Moines, Washington in 1983 with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Rogan was a homemaker, worked as an Early Childhood Educator, and owned the "Eclectic Edibles" catering business with her daughter Shelley Parks. She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of VFW 2669 in Port Orchard. Saundra loved to cook, no one could cook better than her. She enjoyed camping in her motorhome with her husband, gardening on her 5 acres, taking mini-trips with her daughters, crafts, and decorating her home. She loved to be the hostess with the mostest! She will be missed by her cat "Fred" and her miniature dachsunds "Woopie & Chucky". Surviving are her husband Frank; son Brian Regan of Port Orchard; daughters Shelley Kaye (Richard D.)Parks of Port Orchard and Angela Elizabeth McDonald of Renton, Washington; brothers Steve (Gerry) Frazier of Olalla, Wasington and Larry (Karen) Frazier of Auburn, Washington; and grandchildren Taylor Quinn & Rogan L. Parks. Memorial service will be at sunset on June 24, 2006 at Ocean Shores, Washington.
