Shirley Hartman

Shirley Mae Hartman of Port Orchard, Washington died at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington on April 1, 2004. She died following a long valiant battle with cancer. She was 55. Shirley was born in Vancouver, Washington to Lloyd and Eunice (Weaver) Hagedon. She married Gregoy L. Hartman February 12, 1993 in Seattle, Washington. Shirley graduated from LaCenter High School in LaCenter, Washington; and from Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington. She worked in Transportation Sales in the Seattle area for 20 years. She retired in 2003. Shirley was an avid golfer (she was a member and officer at McCormick Woods Women's Clube). She also enjoyed playing cards and following the Seattle Mariners; and, was a former member and V.P. of the Tacoma Transportation Club. She is survived by husband - Gregory L. Hartman of Port Orchard, Washington; sons - Brian Avery of Des Moines, Washington, Gregory Hartman (& wife, Barbara) of Moreno Valley, California; brothers - Kenneth Hagdeorn of Randle, Washington, Rick Hagedorn of Thompson Falls, Montana, Randy Hagedorn of West Lynn, Oregon; grandchildren (2): Rebeca Avery and Sara Avery of Moreno Valley, California. A memorial service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 2004.
