Soren Ferlander

Soren F. Ferlander died February 21, 2003 in Bremerton, Washington. He was 71.He was born June 29, 1931 in Solleftea, Sweden to Albert and Edit (Bolin) Ferlander.He married Karin (Wallgren) Ferlander in Sweden in 1956.He and his wife left Sweden in 1966 and moved to British Columbia, Canada along with their daughters. In 1968 the family moved to Kent, Washington and in 1977 to Bremerton where he resided at the time of his death.Soren was a commercial electrician for 47 years.He was a member of IBEW Local 46. He loved Alpine and Cross-country skiing and golf.Soren is survived by his wife, Karin (Wallgren) Ferlander of the family residence; daughters - Carina Lindsey of Bremerton, Washington, Matina Ferlander of Bend, Oregon; 2 grandchildren (Ali Lindsey and Jessica Lindsey).Memorial Donations may be made to:American Cancer SocietyKitsap UnitP.O.
