Stanley A. Rundquist of Port Orchard, Washington died November 27, 2004 of natural causes at his home. He was 73. He was born January 25, 1931 in Spring Lake, New Jersey to Harry and Selma (Nystrom) Rundquist. Stanley married Helen (English) Rundquist November 17, 1951 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. He attended Bayside High School in Bayside, New Jersey; and, attained a GED while in the Navy. Stanley graduated from the University of Rhode Island in South Kingstown, Rhode Island in 1956. He served in the U.S. Navy from 18 October 1948 - 1 October 1952 - attaining Aerographer's Mate AG3 (E-4). Stanley worked as a Financial Auditor/Controller for 30 plus years - in 1990. He enjoyed sports - basketball, football, baseball, fishing; speed skating (competitive) and was a minor league pitcher. Stanley was Catholic. Stanley is survived by his wife - Helen (English) Rundquist of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; sons - Robert A. Rundquist of Port Orchard, Washington, Richard E. Rundquist of Hawthorne, California; daughter - Karen Barreras (& husband, Steve) of Port Orchard; 7 grandchildren (Kara Rundquist, Tmothy Barreras, Michelle Barreras, Kristopher (Ty) Rundquist, Matthew Rundquist, Robert Rundquist, Jr., Ricky Tucker; 3 great-grandchildren (Cierra Rundquist, Melina Shue, Kody Blowers).
