Stephen Sanford Chafee

He was loved by many for his generosity and kindness. He graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Masters in Biophysics. Steve served 3 years in the U.S. Army and retired from DON Keyport after 33 years. He was a life time scholar and enjoyed hiking, skiing and travel. He is survived by his wife Carol Fischer Chafee, son Aaron, sister Gina and granddaughter, Rileigh. Celebration of Life will be at the family home (3894 Trenton Ave NE, Bremerton) Saturday, June 24th from 2 to 5 pm.
