Susan Gruber

Susan L. Gruber, 54 of Port Orchard, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton on August 25, 1999.  She was born December 15, 1944 in Bremerton where she raised and graduated from West High School in 1962.  She married Larry E. Gruber on March 23, 1985 in Bremerton.Mrs. Gruber worked for 8 years as a Caregiver with Catholic Community Services in Bremerton.  Previously, she worked in a medical office in Poulsbo.  She was a member of the Waketickeh Camp Club in Bremerton.Surviving are her husband; sons David & Doug Meek of Port Orchard and Aaron & Bryan Gruber of Bremerton; daughters Dawn Meek of Port Orchard, Diane Shively of Bremerton, Cari Gruber of Port Orchard, and Bobbi Wise of Palm Springs; brother Scott Chapman of Bremerton; and 10 grandchildren.Memorial Service Tuesday, August 31, 1999 at 2:00pm at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard.
