Susan Veitch

Susan M. Veitch, 50, of Belfair, died May 3, 2009 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton.  She was born on April 15, 1959 in Durango, Colorado to James & Betty Jo Foley.  She attended North Mason Schools graduating in 1977.    Susan was  employed with the North Mason school district and also spent 17 years at the Belfair Valley Nursery.  She loved to go play Bingo with Jack & Christie Veitch as well as garden & make wreaths. There were also numerous family gatherings at Wooten Lake. Susan is survived by her husband Bruce; sons James & Joseph Veitch; mother Betty Jo Foley Rees; brother Jim (Brenda) Foley; and sister Cathy (Brian) Bennett, all from Belfair; and numerous nieces & nephews. Susan was preceded in death by her father James Doyle Foley and sister Cyanthia Rae Foley who passed away shortly after birth. A Memorial serice will be at 3:00pm on Friday, May 8th at Rill’s Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
