Suzanne Denise Levin

November 12, 1967 — January 22, 2013

Suzanne Denise (Lohse) Levin left this world on Tuesday 1-22-2013 due to complications from Pancreatic cancer. Suzanne was born in Chester California on November 12 1967 to parents George and Linda Lohse. She spent her childhood on the family farm in Glen County where she helped out with the family business and enjoyed farm life with her family. She graduated Willows high school in 1985, and graduated Heald business College in 1987 with a degree in business accounting. She soon started work and moved to Port Orchard in 1987 where she met her husband. Suzanne and Monte met in September of 1988 and were Married onboard the Virginia V steam boat in Seattle Washington on November 23, 1991. She quit work as an office manager to become a home maker prior to her son Christopher’s birth in 1993. As a mom she volunteered at Sunny Slope Elementary as a teacher’s aid and at Saint Gabriel’s as a Sunday school aid. She was involved with little league baseball and Soccer for 15 years first as a team mom, then holding numerous offices including President of South Kitsap Eastern Little league. As President she was instrumental in getting the Little League complex built. She devoted her life to taking care of her family and enjoying her friends. The last few years of her life she traveled to many places including Europe, Alaska and Hawaii to name a few. Suzanne fought a tough battle with Pancreatic cancer fighting over three years until it overcame her. She will be remembered and missed by her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her father George Lohse, and Sister Tracy Peele of Glen County California. She is survived by her mother Linda (Cloyd) Cleghorn , Brother Todd Lohse (Mary, Jessica, Rebecca, Shannon) , Niece Ashley Peele of Glen County California, Nephew Nick Peele of Lawrence, Kansas, Husband Monte, sons Christopher and Alex Levin of Port Orchard and Todd (Misty) and three Grandchildren Austin, Mark and Lilly of Clarksville, Tennessee,. Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins that she was very close to. Mother in Law Joyce Debard of Port Orchard, Brother & Sister-in-laws Kjell (Nadean, Monica, Erika, Josephine) of Sultan Washington, Adam Tate (Kayla, Cole and Carsten), Heather Crinean (David, Josiah, Savannah, Destiny, Marina) of Port Orchard, Lyrica Levin, Jade Rich, & Aja Levin of Boulder Creek, Ca and Father-in-law Charles Levin. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 2nd at 1:30 PM at Rill's Life Tribute Center. A memorial webpage can be accessed at www.rill.com .
