Theresa Brewitt

Theresa “Pat” Brewitt, 91 of Bremerton, died Sunday March 21, 2010 at the Hospice Care Center in Bremerton.  Pat was born November 20, 1918 in Sandpoint, Idaho to Max and Fern (Cook) Langsdorf.  She was a graduate of Sandpoint High School in 1936. Pat married Dr. Fred Brewitt in 1946 in Spokane, Washington.  They made their home in Bremerton where she was a homemaker.  She was an avid golfer and attained the title of Washington State Amateur Champion in 1959.  She was also club champion many time with the Kitsap Golf & Country Club.  She loved gardening and belonged to the Bremerton Garden Club.   She enjoyed walking and also bowled for many years.  Pat is preceded in death by her husband Fred and daughter Pamela Bailey.  Surviving are sister Maxine Madsen of Bremerton; niece Jan Hauschel of Belfair; nephew Gary Wilbur of Fernandina Beach, Florida; grand-niece Tana Siler; and grand nephew Brian Hauschel.  There will be no public service.  Online memorial at www.rill.com .
