Thomas Beckley

Thomas K. Beckley, 74, died at his home in Port Orchard, Washington on May 14, 2000. He was born November 15, 1925 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Thomas & Rosalie Beckley. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in Honolulu. Thomas married Nancy A. Hill on October 25, 1962 in Reno, Nevada.Mr. Beckley worked for 37 years as a Shipfitter at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, retiring in 1981. He served in the Army Air Corps from 1945 to 1949 during World War II in the European Theatre.Surviving are his wife Nancy; sons Thomas of Renton and Jamie of Kent; daughters Bonnie Geister and Cheryl Beckley, both of Port Orchard; sister Anita Webber of Kakaha, Kaui, Hawaii; and grandchildren Amie & Kayla Geister.There will be a Family Gathering at the home of Nancy Beckley in Port Orchard on Friday, May 19, 2000 at 2:00pm.
