Thomas Loren Phelps
January 10, 1966 — November 29, 2017
Thomas Loren Phelps (Loren) of Port Orchard passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday November 29. Loren was loved by all who knew him for his joyful spirit. He was an avid fisherman, a longtime Seahawks fan, and an enthusiastic Harley-Davidson motorcyclist. He will be sorely missed by his many friends and family.
He was predeceased by his mother Eva Marie Phelps in 2005. He is survived by father Marquis L. Phelps, four brothers, Robert, Stephen, Marc, and David Hult, and twin sister Kimball (Phelps) Hall.
A celebration of life is planned for Thursday, December 7 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard located at 1151 Mitchell Avenue.
