Thomas Randall of Port Orchard, Washington died October 3, 2005 at home. He was 90. He was born April 6, 1915 in Los Angeles, California to Loring Thomas Sollender & Rebecka Hazel Randall. Thomas married Ruth E. (Dowd) Randall in Seattle, Washington on May 30, 1941. He graduated from Winlock High School in Winlock, Washington. Thomas served in the U.S. Navy from 1935 - 1939. He worked as a machinist and toolmaker - retiring in 1977. He also farmed on Whidbey Island for 20 years. Thomas liked to travel, liked the outdoors, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Ruth E. (Dowd) Randall of Port Orchard, Washington; daughters - Sharon Baker of Bremerton, Washington, Judy Bethje (& husband, Dale) of Port Orchard, Washington; 9 grandchildren: Greg, Connie, Mike (Melissa), Angela (Brian), Tami, Andy, Sasha (Scott), Kameron, Kalen; 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sons - Larry and James Randall. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Bible Church (7070 Bethel-Burley Rd., Port Orchard, WA).
