Tiffany A. Howlett, 18 of Port Orchard, died July 27, 2007. She was born on February 24, 1989 in Tacoma, Washington to James & Ada (Shimkovitz) Howlett. Tiffany attended South Kitsap High School. She loved helping people and was known as the "neighborhood counselor". She enjoyed baking, XBox, and collected monkeys & Coca Cola memorabilia. She liked taking care of her nephews. Surviving are her parents Jim Howlett and Ada Howlett; brother Seth Howlett; sisters Crystal (Ryan) Liss, Michelle (Kevin) Hunter, Deborah Howlett, and Brandie Howlett; grandmother Betty Howlett; uncle Alton (C.C.) Shimkovitz, Jr.; aunt Jana (Don) Terovich; 2 nephews; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Alton & Beverly Shimkovitz and paternal grandfather William Howlett. Visitation on Thursday, August 2nd from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Funeral Service at 1:30pm on Friday, August 3, 2007 also at Rill's Life Tribute Center.
