Velvadoris Estep

August 15, 1916 — August 14, 2010

Velvadoris (Grammie) Estep, 93 of Bremerton, went home to be with her Lord Jesus on August 15, 2010.  She was born August 15, 1916 in Toledo, Ohhio to George F. & Ivadell (Cowell) Applegate.  She graduated from Lucas County High School in Toledo & Prairie Bible Institute in New York.  She married John H. Estep in 1960 in Miami, Florida and he preceded her in death in 1985. Velvadoris was a homemaker and member of the Apostolic Life Tabernacle in Bremerton.  She enjoyed attending church, raising toy poodles and traveling to visit family & friends all over the United States. Surviving are daughters Esther (Baringer) & Richard Ives of Clarksville, TN and Norma (Baringer) & Roger Hennigan of Silverdale, WA; grandchildren Bobby Ray (Cindy) McDuffie, Dawn (Jared) Casdorph, Laura (Andrew) Garrison, Roger (Jaime) Hennigan & Rachelle (Robbie) Crain; great-grandchildren Kolin, Aubrey, Winona, Johnathan, Hannah, Savannah, Nathaniel, Sierra, Aubree, Austin, Elijah & Julianna.  She was preceded in death by son George Baringer. Visitation from Noon to 5pm on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.  Celebration of Life Service Saturday, August 21, 2010 11:00 am at Apostolic Life Tabernacle, 1248 9th Street in Bremerton, with viewing from 9am to service.  Memorial donations to the church Ladies Auxiliary.
