Victor Lampley, 84, of Port Orchard, WA, came into this world December 9, 1928 born to Walter and Vera Lampley in Alexandria, TN. Victor had one sibling Walter. Victor joined the Navy following high school, serving his country until being honorably discharged in 1948. While in the service, stationed in Jacksonville, FL, Victor met the love of his life, his "sweetie pie" with the beautiful red hair, Emma Luttrell. The two joined in marriage September 4, 1948 and began their lifetime journey of a love filled marriage. The two enjoyed camping and traveling together and the friends they met along the way. Victor was a tool and die worker retiring from PSNS in 1997. Victor was especially close to his friend and pool partner Mike Hoffman. Victor passed away peacefully at home with his wife Emma and friend and caretaker Vissy by his side. Victor will be greatly missed. A special thanks to Hospice for their loving help.
