Ede was the heavenly hostess. She was happiest when she was having
a party, mixing and matching her old and new friends with family. Many
will remember her love of a slice of pink champagne cake with a glass of
champagne, while playing Skipbo. Ede enjoyed cooking and gardening.
She loved to bake desserts, and was known for her banana split pie.
Dancing was one of her favorite hobbies.
She and her husband Homer were married for 68 years, and lived in their
same west Bremerton home for 65 of those years. Every month on their
anniversary, Homer took Ede to lunch to celebrate.
Ede is survived by her daughter, Lola, who lives in Honolulu, HI.
