Violet B. Sheridan, age 81, died December 19, 1999 in Port Orchard, WA. She was born September 7, 1918 in Visalia, CA to John and Gertrude (Stover) Kloth. She was raised in Visalia and graduated from Visalia High School in 1932. She worked as a legal secretary in Visalia, CA. She also worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the Grandmothers Club of Baywood Park, CA, the P.T.A., and the Womens Club of Baywood Park, CA. She married Joe Sheridan on Oct. 31, 1942 in Visalia, CA. He preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 1999. She is survived by her sons Mike Sheridan of Atasacdero, CA., John Sheridan of Palmer, WA., James Sheridan of Port Orchard, WA., Joanna Barfield of South Carolina, sister Verna Hunt of Vancouver, WA., grandchildren Stephen Gibbs of Washington D.C., Jamie Sheridan and Heather Sheridan of Atasacdero, CA., Tammy Sheridan of Palmer, WA., James, Michael and Kelly Sheridan of Port Orchard, WA. She is preceded in death by her brother Stan Kloth in 1982. No public services are planned at this time.
