Vivian G. Harris, 78 of Port Orchard died on April 22, 2009. She was born June 24, 1930 in Auburn, WA to Gordon & Carola (Edwards) Gladson. She earned an associate degree from Tacoma Community College in 1999. She married Leon Harris in 1978 in Port Orchard. Vivian was a self-employed accountant as Harris Accounting and Tax Preparation for 25 years. She served in the U.S. Navy as a Teleman Seaman Apprentice until her discharge in 1951. Vivian loved get-togethers with family and friends, gardening, reading and her cat, Earl. She was a member of the Washington State Tax Consultants, Kitsap Literacy Council and South Kitsap Amateur Radio Club. Surviving are husband Leon; sons Stephen Gladson of Waynesboro, GA and Daniel (Sandra) Morse of Gig Harbor; daughters Valerie Morse of Tacoma and Bonnie Morse of Vernonia, OR; and granddaughter Brandy Gladson of Tacoma. She was preceded in death by brother Gordon Gladson. Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
