Vivian Thomson

Vivian J. Thomson, 93, of Port Orchard, WA, died September 7, 2010 in Port Orchard. Vivian was born October 30, 1916 in Beaver Creek, OR to Herman and Hannah (Klinger) Moehnke. She graduated from Oregon City High School in 1934.  In 1935, she married Walter Thomson who preceded her in death in 2004.   Vivian had a passion for flower gardening.  Being raised on a farm, she also enjoyed all kinds of animals. Vivian is survived by her daughter Patsy Vetter, of Port Orchard; grandsons Howie Vetter, of Port Orchard and Thomas (Julie) Vetter, of Brawley, CA; great granddaughter Taylor, of Port Orchard; and niece Virginia Sether, of Molalla, OR. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Reetha Bullard and Nina Hanhart. Vivian will be buried next to her husband at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard.
