Bill was born in Gig Harbor, WA to Harold W. Kimball and Beatrice E.Kimball. Harold J.Kimball "Jack" was his older brother. He was raised here in Kitsap County and graduated from South Kitsap High School. He served six years in the Army and was honorably discharged in 1959. He started working at PSNS in Shop 56 as a Pipefitter and retired as a General Foreman in 1989. Bill volunteered as a Scout Master and umpired in Little League. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. He is survived by his first wife Sally Kimball-Ito and three children, Rita Nelson, Robert Kimball and Ricky Kimball. His youngest William Kimball passed away five years ago and his 2nd wife Shirley Kimball is also deceased. He has 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
