Wilma Rotter

Wilma J. Rotter, 70, died at her home in Bremerton, Washington on June 16, 2011.  She was born November 13, 1940 in Renton, Washington to John & Mona (Osborne) Yates.  Wilma was owner/operator of an automotive parts store in Kettle Falls, Washington.  She also worked for the “Auto Port” at the Navy Exchange, Subase Bangor.  She enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are sisters Carol (Noel) Carrigan of Sun City, Arizona and Marion (Jerry) Spiker of Bremerton; and numerous nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father Denny Osborne. Private family services are planned.
